We are a locally owned strata management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients throughout British Columbia. Our online platform leverages technology to enable streamlined operations and reliable communication with strata communities across British Columbia, all serviced from our office in Courtenay on Vancouver Island.
We strive to build productive relationships with our clients by providing trusted and reliable advice based on years of experience and a comprehensive understanding of governing legislature. Our commitment to ongoing education allows us to stay abreast of changing industry standards and legislature to ensure that your Council and corporation are in compliance with the provisions set forth in the Strata Property Act.

Sarah is the managing broker and owner of Surge Property Management Ltd. Through years of experience as a licensed strata manager, Sarah has developed a thorough understanding of the Strata Property Act and general best practices with regards to strata management and strives to provide clients with honest and informed advice.
As an former educator, Sarah is passionate about providing information and detailed explanations to clients to foster a greater understanding of the rules and regulation surrounding strata management so that councils may become more competent and efficient in their role.

Nikki Orr - Licensed Strata Manager
After a successful 25-year career in various warehouse operations roles, Nikki retired from Costco Wholesale to pursue a new path in property management—and she hasn’t looked back. After four years in property management, Nikki added her strata management license to her credentials.
Nikki has managed several Strata Corporations throughout the Comox Valley, where she has built strong, positive relationships with clients through her exceptional people skills and ability to multitask effectively. She is excited to be a part of the Surge Property Management Ltd. team and looks forward to working with you.
