Sarah Whiteside - Managing Broker
Sarah is the managing broker and owner of Surge Property Management. Through years of experience as a licensed strata manager, Sarah has developed a thorough understanding of the Strata Property Act and general best practices with regards to strata management and strives to provide clients with honest and informed advice.

As an former educator, Sarah is passionate about providing information and detailed explanations to clients to foster a greater understanding of the rules and regulation surrounding strata management so that councils may become more competent and efficient in their role.
